Gauteng to officially open upgraded, state-of-the-art Xavier Junction Licensing Centre

As part of the Department’s commitment to improving service delivery and accelerating access to services to Gauteng residents, Gauteng MEC for Transport and Logistics Kedibone Diale-Tlabela, will on Tuesday, 14 March 2023, officially open the upgraded Xavier Junction Licensing Testing Centre (DLTC) in Ormonde, Johannesburg.

The revamped four-million-rand centre boasts the latest technology for online Learner’s License tests, 18 service points, Motor Vehicle Registering Authority (MVRA) facilities, as well as wheelchair friendly infrastructure amongst other improvements.

As part of the improvements, the centre will also operate on weekends.
