Register as a government supplier

The Central Supplier Database maintains a database of organisations, institutions and individuals who can provide goods and services to government.

Register for e-Invoicing

Registered vendors with a Gauteng SAP vendor number can register for Electronic Invoice Submission by completing the EIS Agreement.

Register for P-Card

P-Card is a platform that the department uses to enable faster procurement and payment of transactions with a total value of up to R30 000.All P-Card related queries are to be addressed to the following e-mail address: Pcard.application@gauteng.gov.za

Submit any Gauteng Provincial Government Disputed Invoices

A disputed invoice situation only occurs when goods and services have been delivered, but payment is outstanding due to a disagreement. The first point of reference for any unpaid invoice is the department, entity or site where the good or services were delivered. If you have a dispute, email disputedinvoices@gauteng.gov.za
