The Department would like to send a stern warning to illegal occupiers who have occupied land meant for the development of RDP houses for those in desperate need of it.

We are working with the courts, developers, and law enforcement agencies to get eviction orders and execute them as speedily as possible to prevent these illegal acts of land occupation.
