​GPG Electronic Invoice (e-Invoicing) Submission. This web-based portal of the Gauteng Provincial Treasury that allows suppliers to personally upload invoices and to track their invoice statuses (Paid, rejected or in progress and at what stage) from the comfort of their homes. Additional benefits of the EIS are as follows:

• Elimination of processing delays, ensuring payment within 30 days. Electronic invoice       submission and tracking registration process.

• Suppliers must be registered as a vendor on the Central Supplier Database www.csd.gov.za

• Suppliers that wish to register for EIS must send an e-mail to EISRegistration@gauteng.gov.za

• CIPC Certificate

• Bank Confirmation letter

• Identity Document

• Company Tax number • BBBEE Certificate/ Sworn Affidavit
