Suppliers must update their address and commodities delivery location information by 1 Novemb er, 2024. After 3 months, outdated records will signify that the supplier is no longer interested in conducting business with the government, and their profile will be deactivated. 

During this 3-month interim period, Organs of State will be able to search for suppliers using both the old and new geographical information. After 1 November 2024, the old geographical information will be removed from the CSD, and supplier searches will exclusively rely on the new geographical information.
