​M&D is a Level 1 Black owned B-BBEE company with CIDB ratings of 9GB PE and 9ME PE. Black share ownership is 43,33% and Black women ownership is 13.00%.  
In parnership with Surgeon for little lives and the Gauteng Department of Health, they were involved in the Ward 32 Revamp Project at  Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. 
The company donated various services including: Project Management, Electrical and Cabling, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, rhino-lighting and Tiling services.  In addition, M&D supplied the following items to the project: Floor & wall tiles, all paint, doors, various sanitary-ware items, dry-walling & partitioning and Shelving.
