​The Gauteng MEC for the Departments of Infrastructure Development and Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Jacob Mamabolo, will lead a workshop with municipalities in a bid to tackle persistent delays in municipal approvals that undermine the timely delivery of social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, and libraries.
