Gauteng Executive Council notes court judgement on Tshwane dissolution The Gauteng Provincial Government notes the judgment of the North Gauteng High Court on the matter of the dissolution of the Tshwane Municipal Council. While the provincial government respects the judgement handed down today, the Executive Council, together with its legal team will study the judgment and decide on appropriate steps to take.
